Ms. Blaney joined the Abkey Avocat team in the spring of 2026 as a law student. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université Laval, as well as a Master’s degree in International Law and Applied International Politics from the Université de Sherbrooke and a Master’s degree in International and European Law from Université Côte d’Azur.
She is currently completing her professional training at the Québec Bar School.
Throughout her academic and professional journey, Ms. Blaney has been actively involved with several organizations dedicated to the protection of rights and access to justice. She participated in the activities of the Université Laval Legal Clinic, collaborated with Médecins du Monde Canada on projects relating to women’s rights, and contributed to the work of the Réseau Éducation Sans Frontières concerning the rights of refugees, asylum seekers, and access to education.
Her background has enabled her to develop strong expertise in Québec civil law, international law, and human rights law. Recognized for her diligence, analytical skills, and commitment to justice, Ms. Blaney takes a client-centered approach that is both compassionate and attentive to individual needs. Her multidisciplinary training is a valuable asset that she leverages to provide tailored legal solutions and personalized support.
